Cheesy Poha Roll

    Ingredients to make Cheesy Poha Roll:

    1 cup boiled and mashed potato, ½ cup grated amul cheese, 1 cup washed, soaked and drained poha, ½ tsp. mixed herbs, ½ tsp. black pepper, salt to taste, 3 tbsp. maida, ½ tbsp. rice flour, oil for deep frying

    Steps to make Cheesy Poha Roll:

    1. Combine maida, rice flour, and salt and make a thick batter using water and keep it aside.

    2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead it and make equal balls from the mixture.

    3. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the balls dipping them into maida batter.

    4. Fry them until they are golden brown and drain them on a kitchen towel.

    Serve hot cheesy poha roll to your child with his favourite sauce.
