Whole grain bread is one of the richest source of carbohydrate that provides energy for day today activities. On the other hand, butter is a good source of fat and contributes to cholestrol and fat content of our body, which is beneficial for our health when taken in required amount. Cheese helps in maintaining bone health, gaining weight, and dental care. Cheesy Toast is a very healthy and tasty breakfast recipe, which is made with ease and in less time. Children just love this and are always eager to have it no matter it's day or night.

    Ingredients to make Cheesy Toast:

    Bread-2 slices, butter-2 tsb, cheese-½ cup, black pepper-1/4 cup, and salt-to taste

    Steps to make Cheesy Toast:

    1. Heat a pan.

    2. Butter the bread on both the sides. Toast on both the sides on pan.

    3. Sprinkle cheese and black pepper over it. Cover the pan with a lid and toast until the cheese begins to melt off.

    Serve the Cheesy Toast hot.
