1 cup rice flour and ½ cup jaggery paste, banana leaves for steaming
1. Mix the rice flour with jaggery and knead to smooth dough.
2. Enclose small amount of the dough within leaves.
3. Boil water in idli pan and steam cook the dough for 5 minutes or until the flour is cooked.
Serve them during snack time.
