Chia Seed Strawberry Pudding is a healthy, power packed, and nutritious pudding. This is rich in protein, which is very healthy for your kid.

    Ingredients to make Chia Seed Strawberry Pudding:

    200gm strawberries, 1 cup coconut milk, 3 tbsp sabja seeds soaked, 4tbsp sugar, 3/4 cup yoghurt

    Steps to make Chia Seeds Strawberry Pudding:

    1. In a blender add hulled strawberries, sugar, milk, yogurt and blend well.

    2. Transfer to a bowl and add chia seeds.

    3. Using a balloon whisk, holding the handle between both your palms, swish back and forth for the seeds to distribute evenly.

    4. Close the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

    Top with more strawberry slices and enjoy this dish with your kid.
