Chia seeds are loaded with all valuable nutrients. Rice malt syrup has carbohydrates while coconut milk has fibre, vitamins, and minerals. Using these ingredients, you can make a delicious Chia Seed Pudding. Fruits like kiwi and strawberry can be chopped finely and used as garnish for this healthy pudding.

1 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp rice malt syrup, ¼ cup chia seeds, ½ kiwi fruit, 1 strawberry
1. Finely chop the kiwi fruit and strawberry. Keep them aside.
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and give a quick stir.
3. Leave in the fridge for about 4 hours.
4. Add the toppings (cut fruits).
Devour and relish this yummy Chia Seed Pudding. Enjoy!
