Chicken Burger is a lovely snack time dish. The juicy taste and relishing flavor of this recipe are the prime attractions. Chicken makes this recipe rich in protein, magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Iron. On the other hand, breadcrumbs are a rich source of calcium and carbohydrates. This food item can be offered happily during lunch time.

Ingredients: 1 chopped onion, 2 pounds chicken, 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 1 egg, 1 red bell pepper, ½ bread crumbs, 1 tomato, black pepper, 2 carrots.
Steps:
1. You need to first preheat the grill.
2. Take a sauté pan and add oil. Now, add onion, garlic along with tomatoes, carrots and bell pepper. Wait for the tenderness of the veggies to fade.
3. Take a large bowl to add chicken and vegetables. To this add egg and bread crumbs. Mix the content well and form 8 patties.
4. Grill them over medium heat for at least 5 minutes.
