    Ingredients to make Chicken Cutlets:

    1 cup chicken breast - boiled and shredded, 2 medium sized boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, 1 egg white, 1 onion chopped, handful of coriander leaves chopped, salt, black pepper, 1/4th tsp garam masala, oil for frying

    Steps to make Chicken Cutlets:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, till it turn pink.

    2. Remove from flame and mix this with shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala, salt.

    3. Divide the mixture into lemon-sized balls and press into discs.

    4. Dip in egg white and then roll in bread crumbs.

    5. Deep fry in hot oil till the cutlets are golden and crisp.

    Chicken Cutlets are best accompained with mint chutney.
