Who doesn't love Biriyani? Make this easy Chicken Dum Biriyani at home, which has succulent pieces of chicken to die for. Biriyani is an all time favorite delicacy of all age groups. It contains chicken, which has proteins needed for growth and development. This recipe contains good amounts of carbohydrates and healthy fats as well. Rice is a source of carbohydrates which provides energy.

Chicken breasts-100gms, tomatoes -50gms, onions-50gms, basmati rice-60gms, curd -100gms, pudina -15gms, coriander leaves-15gms, cloves -3-4 pieces, cardamom: 3- 4pieces, ghee 15gms
1. In a pressure cooker add ghee cloves, cardamom, and sauté well.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown.
3. Add chicken breast and cook well until soft.
4. Add tomatoes and curds cook well until ghee leaves the sides of the pan.
5. Add basmati rice and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
Serve this yummy chicken biryani and relish it.
