This is a scrumptious dish that is healthy for your child. Chicken is a good source of protein and niacin.

1 cup chicken pieces washed clean, ½ inch ginger ground, 1 medium sized onion, 1 medium sized tomato, 1 green chili, 1 tsp. red chili powder, 1 stalk spring onions, 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste.
1. Boil the chicken pieces in a pressure cooker for about 5-7 minutes or until the pieces are soft.
2. Remove the lid after it cooling and add the chopped onion, ground ginger, spring onion with green chili, red chili powder, and some chopped tomatoes.
3. Add salt and sauté and cover the lid and allow for 1 whistle.
4. Turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves after it is cooled down.
Serve to your child to watch her relish the taste of this dish.
