Chikoo is a superb baby friendly fruit rich in vitamin A, B, C and E and minerals like iron and potassium. With milk, you can make an amazing healthy, quick, and easy milkshake, called Chikoo for Babies, for your little one.

½ chikoo, ½ cup milk
1. Wash, peel, deseed and cut the chikoo into small pieces.
2. In a blender, add the chikoo and milk. Blend very well.
Chikoo for Babies is ready. Serve immediately to your little one. Enjoy!
