You can prepare a delicious and healthy smoothie, chikoo mango smoothie using 2 fruits, milk and sugar. Chikoo and mango are rich in vitamin and minerals while milk has calcium and sugar gives the carbohydrates. This energy giving drink can be had during breakfast or in the evening.

Ingredients to make Chikoo Mango Smoothie:
3 chikoos, 1 mango, a pinch of salt, 2-3 ice cubes, 2 cups milk, sugar as required, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, ¼ cup water, a pinch of salt
Steps to make Chikoo Mango Smoothie:
1. Blend the chikoos, mango, sugar and salt and little water for about 1-2 minutes or till u get a smooth texture.
2. Add the cardamom powder and salt to the blended mixture.
3. To the above mixture, add chilled milk and ice cubes. Blend again for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Using a strainer, strain the mixture.
Chilled yummy Chikoo Mango Smoothie is ready for your child to devour and enjoy!
