An easy to make snack option to incorporate veggies into the diet is this dish called Chinese Veg 65. It contains paneer, which is rich in calcium and helps in the bone development and also contains protein, which is needed to maintain the integrity of the tissues. Capsicum and tomatoes added in the recipe contain good amounts of vitamin C, which helps in fighting infection.

    Ingredients to make Chinese Veg 65 (1 serving):

    Baby corn -100gms, tomatoes -50gms, capsicum -50gms, paneer -100gms, oil -5 ml, chilies, salt to taste

    Steps to make Chinese Veg 65:

    1. In a pan, add oil, followed by baby corn and cubed cut capsicum. Sauté well.

    2. Add tomatoes to the mixture and mix well.

    3. Add panner to the mixture and sauté it until soft.

    4. In a pan, add garlic and sauté it. Add the sauteed vegetables, chili powder, and salt to taste.

    Note: Vinegar and green chili or tomato sauce can be added.

    Serve this delicious dish with a smile!
