Chinki Sticks is a delicious Chinese recipe, which can be served as snacks to your child. This recipe is simple and quick to prepare. Potatoes are loaded with vitamin C, B6, and various essential minerals.

2 cups boiled and mashed aloo (potato), 1 tsp. roasted jeera powder, 1 tsp. roasted dhaniya powder, ½ tsp. garam masala powder, refined oil for deep fry, 2 tbsp. maida. ½ tsp. rice flour, salt as per taste, ½ tsp. chaat masala
1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well and knead it to dough without adding water.
2. Divide them into lemon size balls and shape into 2 to 3 inch sticks.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry them in a medium flame until they are golden brown.
Serve these Chinki Sticks to your child as evening snack with his favourite sauce.
