    Ingredients to make Chire Doi Aam:

    1 cup poha, ½ cup yogurt, 1/4 cup mango pulp, ½ tsp cardamom powder, chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, sugar to taste

    Steps to make Chire Doi Aam:

    1. Soak poha in water for about 5 minutes. Drain the excess water

    2. Mix the soaked poha with yogurt, mango pulp, sugar, and cardamom powder.

    3. Top it with chopped nuts.

    Serve it immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
