Try out this yummy and easy to make to Chana Chawal, which provides good amounts of protein, which helps in building and maintaining the healthy tissues in the body. It also contains essential amino acids, like tryptophan and serotonin, which are good for health.

Basmati rice-30gms, onions -20 gms, tomatoes-25 gms, soaked Chana -15gms, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, salt to taste.
1. In a pressure cooker, add oil to sauté the onions until golden brown
2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till oil leave its sides.
3. Add tomatoes to the mixture, cook well until soft.
4. Add soaked chana and then add garam masala.
5. To the mixture, add basmati rice and close the lid of pressure cooker until 2- 3 whistles.
Serve this yummy dish right away!
