Try this sweet and crunchy churna which is served with dosas. You can also use this mixture to stuff the modaks,poli and other dishes.

3/4 cup grated coconut, 1/4 cup grated jaggery, 1 tsp cardamom powder
1. Take a deep non-stick pan and put jaggery in it. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir it continuously.
2. Switch off the flame. Add the coconut and cardamom powder and mix well
Let it cool down and use it when required.
