You can make delicious Coconut Jelly using coconut, which has vital vitamins and minerals. Flavour this jelly with pandan, a fragrant tropical herb mixed in sugar syrup and your child will love this dessert.

    Ingredients to make Coconut Jelly:

    6 pandan leaves, 1 tbsp agar powder, 1 coconut(cream and water)

    Steps to make Coconut Jelly:

    1. Prepare the pandan juice by blending the pandan leaves in little water.

    2. Strain the pandan mixture to get clear pandan juice.

    3. In a vessel, add agar powder, and a little water, and heat till the agar is completely dissolved.

    4. Grind the coconut cream with its water. You will get creamy texture.

    5. Add the coconut cream and pandan juice to the dissolved agar mixture. Cook for a min but don’t boil.

    6. Pour the coconut pandan flavoured mixture in jelly moulds.

    Let the coconut jelly set well. Serve chilled.
