This is a soothing and refreshing recipe that brings a freshness to your mind and senses. It is not very sweet in taste and its taste it very unique.

1/4 cup grated coconut powder, 250 ml milk, 1 tbsp cornflour, 4 tbs rose syrup, 2 tbsp chopped almonds, few rose petals, 1/4 cup grated coconut
1. Take a pan and add milk to it. Let it boil.
2. Mix corn flour and coconut powder in water and add it to the boiling milk slowly. Keep stirring.
3. Now add rose syrup and almonds. Mix them well.
4. Boil it for few minutes till it starts thickening up.
5. Keep aside and then after some time keep it in the refrigerator.
Serve it chilled in a bowl and top it with some rose petals and grated coconut.
