    Ingredients to make Coconut Snowflakes:

    1 cup grated Fresh Coconut, 1/2 cup Sugar, 2 tablespoons condensed milk, 2 tablespoons Milk, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/2 tablespoon + 1/2 tablespoon ghee

    Steps to make Coconut Snowflakes:

    1. Take grated coconut, ½ tablespoon ghee and sugar in a heavy pan and heat it over medium flame. Stir continuously and cook for 8-10min until mixture turns light golden brown.

    2. Add condensed milk and milk. Stir continuously and cook until the mixture turns thick, for about 4-5 minutes.

    3. Add cardamom powder. Mix well and remove from heat.

    4. Pour prepared mixture into a greased plate. Spread evenly and cool for 8-10 minutes to room temperature. Cut into snowflake-shaped pieces and serve.
