With cauliflower (or broccoli)’s green veggie goodness, low calories, and the filling carbs of semolina pasta, this recipe is a perfect addition for snacks and dinners.

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Pasta:
Cauliflower, pasta, almonds, garlic, tomato, salt, pepper
Steps to make Cauliflower Pasta:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C. In the meantime, bring a pot salted water to boil. Prepare pasta as the instructions on the label in this hot water.
2. Put almonds and cauliflower on a baking tray. Roast them in the oven for about 7 minutes. Remove the almonds after they are slightly toasted and then put the cauliflower back in the oven for 7 more minutes.
3. Season cauliflower with salt and pepper. Crush almonds in food processor. Add garlic to the mixture. Drizzle some olive oil to complete the process and make it smooth. Puree tomato and heat it on the stove. Combine cauliflower and pasta later.
