Are you bored with the usual corn chaat? Prepare these cheesy, rich in protein, Corn Bites which provides good taste and health together.

Sweet corn kernels ½ cup, 1 tomato chopped,garlic powder 1 tsp, black pepper 1/2 tsp, butter 2 tbsp, cream, cheese, virgin olive oil, basil leaves.
1. In a non stick pan, heat virgin olive oil and tomato and garlic powder and saute.
2. Heat butter in another pan, add cream and cheese. Cook till the cheese melts. Add black pepper and mix well.
3. Once done, add boiled corn kernels to the pan and cooked tomatoes mixture. Mix well. Garnish with crushed basil leaves.
The cream and cheesy flavour will soothe the taste buds.
