This tasty and healthy Cottage Cheese Sandwich is a wholesome diet. This protein packed paneer sandwich is one of the best way to include paneer in your diet and its also super healthy as its made with whole wheat flour.

Paneer 1 cup (crumbled), onions 1 small sized, 1 tomato diced, 4 whole wheat bread slices, 1 tsp cumin seeds, butter, salt, a handful of coriander leaves
1. In a pad heat some butter and cumin seeds. Toss in the onions and fry till translucent.
2. Add in tomato, salt and fry for a couple of minutes.
3. Add in the crumbled paneer and stir to mix well. Turn off the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves.
4. Take two bread slices and apply butter on one side and add some paneer filling on topand cover with another slice.
5. Grill it using electric grill or tawa.
Serve it with homemade ketchup.
