Prepare a delicious dish using cauliflower. This recipe is simple yet relishing. You would require grated Fontina, Dijon mustard, flour, horseradish, cauliflower florets, butter and panko. Cauliflower is a rich source of Vitamin C. This recipe can be prepared in a very less time.

Steps:
1. The first step is to heat a saucepan and add 1 ½ cups of half and half along with grated Fontina, mustard, flour and horseradish. Heat it over medium flame till it gets smooth.
2. The next step is to fold the florets and season it with salt and pepper.
3. Take a skillet and add butter. Add panko and toss till it acquires a golden colour. Sprinkle this content on the cauliflower.
