Crepe Cake With Pineapple Sapota Jam

This is a no bake cake that is very easy to prepare and requires less effort. It tastes delicious and is high in nutritional value.

    Ingredients to make Crepe Cake With Pineapple Sapota Jam

    For Crepes:

    1½ cup all purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups milk, 3 eggs, 100 gm melted butter

    For Fruit Jam:

    1 pineapple finely chopped, 6 peeled and pressed sapota, 2 cups sugar, 1½ cups water for each jam, whipping cream, 2 pcs of pineapple

    Steps to make Crepe Cake With Pineapple Sapota Jam:

    Sapota Jam

    1. Mix water, sapota and sugar in a pan and cook it on a medium flame.

    2. You need to stir this slowly for 10-12 minutes until it turns thick.

    3. Once it will start coming easily in your spoon then it is ready.

    4. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

    5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours

    Pineapple Jam:

    1. Take a pan and then add water, pineapple pieces and sugar to it.

    2. Keep stirring till pineapple pieces turns soft.

    3. If you think that it is turning dry then add very little water to it.

    4. Keep stirring till it reaches a jam like consistency.

    5. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

    6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

    For Crepes:

    1. Take a bowl and mix flour, milk, sugar, beaten eggs and melted butter.

    2. Whisk well to make a smooth batter without any lumps.

    3. Now heat up the non-stick tava and place the batter in circular shapes on it.

    4. Cook both the sides and make around 20 of such crepes from this mixture.

    For Layering of Crepes:

    1. Start by taking crepes one by one. Place whipped cream layer and sapota jam layer along with pineapple jam layer on it.

    2. Do this for all the crepes that you have cooked.

    3. Place them one on the another forming a tower.

    4. On the topmost crepe, add the remaining cream, sapota and pineapple jam. Also put some chopped pineapple pieces or slices on it.

    Cut into triangle pieces and relish this yummy cake with your family.
