There is nothing tastier than a delicious melted cheese sandwich for your champ’s breakfast. This is a quick and simple recipe made in a frying pan. Cheese contains many nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, thiamine and riboflavin.

4 slices of bread (maida), 2 thick slices of Cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp. butter
1. Preheat the frying pan over medium heat. Lavishly spread butter on one side of a slice of bread.
2. Place bread butter side down on to the frying pan and add 1 slice of cheese.
3. Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter side up on top of the sandwich.
4. Cook until the bread is a nice golden colour and flip over, and cook till the cheese melts.
5. Repeat with remaining 2 slices of bread, butter and a slice of bread.
Treat your champ today with a crispy bread exterior and a gooey cheese interior.
