Another pretty simple and very quick snack to your provide to your champ is Babycorn Fingers. This is a healthy snack as babycorns have good dietary fiber and are rich in protein and antioxidants. This will be an excellent finger food too.

    Ingredients to make Crispy Baby Corn Fingers:

    10 small baby corns, 2 tbsp maida,1 ½ tsp. rice flour,2 tbsp. corn flour, ¼ tsp. chat masala powder, salt to taste and oil for frying

    Steps to make Crispy Baby Corn Fingers:

    1. Pressure cook the baby corns. Drain excess water and keep it aside.

    2. Heat oil in a frying pan in a low flame.

    3. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients, add water and mix the batter neither too thick nor too thin. When the baby corns are dipped the batter should coat evenly.

    4. Dip each baby corn and deep fry in the oil until they are golden brown.

    5. Drain it in a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
