Crispy Potato Fritters

It is a snack time and your thinking what you need to give. Try this recipe, which is easy to make at home. Potatoes are all-time favorite veggie it provides the good amount of carbohydrates and provides energy. It also contains beaten rice, which contains good amounts of iron and B Vitamins. It is basically gluten-free.

    Ingredients to Crispy Potato Fritters (1 serving):

    Potatoes -50gms, beaten rice -25gms, plain flour -25gms, cumin seeds -1 tsp, lemon juice, salt to taste

    Steps to make Crispy Potato Fritters:

    1. Boil the potatoes with some salt.

    2. Peel the potatoes and mash it.

    3. To the mashed potatoes add roasted cumin seeds, lemon juice, and chopped chilies and then salt to taste.

    4. Mix it thoroughly and make a small quantity of flour paste and dip them in the paste and smear it with rice flakes and deep fry it until golden brown.

    Serve this yummy Crispy Potato Fritters!
