Here is a super easy rice recipe for your child, which can be made quickly. It is healthy, packed with the power of cabbage – wholesome nutrition and is delicious too. Cabbage is fiber-rich, a store house of health-benefiting phytochemicals.

1 cup chopped cabbage, 1 cup cooked rice, 1 tsp. chopped garlic, 1 onion chopped, 1 tsp. black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp. oil,1 tbsp. coriander leaves.
1. Heat a pan with oil on medium heat, sauté chopped garlic and add onion and sauté for few minutes.
2. Add cabbage, salt and saute till they are roasted golden.
3. Add rice and pepper powder and mix well and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve Crunchy Cabbage Fried Rice to your junior with sauce.
