    Ingredients to make Dahi Boondi Raita:

    1 cup yogurt, ½ cup boondi, 1 tsp black salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 4-5 mint leaves crushed, salt to taste, water as needed.

    Steps to make Dahi Boondi Raita:

    1. Whisk the yogurt till smooth. Add water and mix well.

    2. Add boondi, black salt, salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder and mix well.

    3. Transfer the raita in a bowl. Garnish it with crushed mint leaves.

    Serve along with the main course.
