Dahi Salad, a yummilicious salad of potatoes coated in yogurt, tossed with spices is a quick and refreshing option for lunch or mid-meal. It is rich in carbohydrates and calcium.

    Ingredients to make Dahi Salad:

    1 cup curd, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 tsp mango ginger, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 4-5 cruched mint leaves, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 dry red chilli, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp rock salt, black salt

    Steps to make Dahi Salad:

    1. Whisk curd properly. Chop boiled potatoes.

    2. Mix chopped potatoes in curd.

    3. Sprinkle mango ginger, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, rock salt, black salt. Mix well.

    4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, let them splutter. Add dry chilli.

    5. Pour the tadka over curd. Add crushed mint leaves.

    Mix and serve.
