Are you fond of sweets? Make these nutritious Date Almond Balls that are rich in carbohydrates, iron, calcium and fibre.

1 1/2 cups chopped black seedless dates (khajur), 2 tsp ghee, 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan. Add the dates, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
2. Remove from heat, add the almonds and cardamom powder and mix well.
3. Once cooled, shape round balls from the mixture. Serve.
Yummy Date Almond Balls are ready!
