The combination of chikoo and date is unique and enjoyable too when served chilled. The fruits blended in milk are best to serve to kids. Dates are good for your kid's bones and chikoo is good for digestion.

    Ingredients to make Date and Chikoo Smoothie:

    1 cup chikoo, ½ cup deseeded and chopped dates, 250 ml milk, 2 tbsp sugar(or as needed), ice cubes

    Steps to make Date and Chikoo Smoothie:

    1. Combine date, chickoo, sugar and milk in a blender and blend it till smooth.

    2. Adjust sugar by tasting it. Add ice cubes and blemd again.

    Serve chilled.
