Any sweet, which does not have sugar added to it, is ideal for your kid. It has high content of calcium and potassium, which is very good and healthy too. So, be sure next time your kiddo is craving for a delicious sweet, you know what you can cook.

1 cup dates,1 tbsp ghee, ½ cup almonds, ½ cup cashews, 2 tsp - walnuts, pistachios, peanuts
1. Take 1 cup seedless and dates and grind them coarse in the grinder without adding water.
2. In a large kadhai add ghee and add almonds, 2 tbsp dates and cashews.
3. Roast nuts on low flame till they are crunchy.
4. Add the crushed dates in the mixture with the help of spatula in a medium flame. This helps dates seperate from other dry fruits.
5. Furthermore saute till the dates start releasing oil.
6. Turn off the flame and let it cool for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with pistachios, peanuts, and walnuts.
8. Make small ladoos and store them in an air-tight container.
Serve these delicious ladoos to your little one as evening snacks and see them relishing it!
