    Ingredients to make Delhi ka Mango Kulfi:

    2 cups milk, 6 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp sabja seeds (washed & soaked for 20 minute), 2 tbsp custard powder dissolved in 3 tbsp milk, 1/2 cup grated khoya, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1 cup mango puree, 200gm fresh cream

    Steps to make Delhi ka Mango Kulfi:

    1. Take the milk and sugar in a pan and simmer till half in quantity.

    2. Add the custard and milk mixture to the boiling milk and stir continuously, till no lumps remain.

    3. When the custard thickens, add the mava and cook for more 5 minutes.

    4. Remove from heat and cool completely. Add the fresh cream, cardamom powder, soaked & drained sabja seeds and mango puree, and mix well.

    5. Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight till firm. Serve chilled.
