Delightful Peanut Ramen Noodle Salad

This is a simple and healthy recipe. The basic ingredients required for the preparation of Peanut Ramen Noodle Salad are ramen noodles, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, crushed read flakes, garlic, cucumber and carrots. This is a homemade dish which consists of carbs, vitamins and fiber.

    Steps:

    1. You need to take a medium sized saucepan and add ramen noodles to it. Add 4 cups of water and let it boil.

    2. Let the noodles boil for at least 3 minutes till they grow tender. Drain the noodles in cold water.

    3. Take a bowl and add peanut butter, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, garlic and red pepper. Add the noodles, carrots and cucumber. Toss it well.

    A delicious salad is ready. It is healthy and oil free.
