Dhaarun Ji Chutney

This is a sweet and tangy chutney that carries the flavor of coriander and pomegranate. This can be used a delicious dip with pakoras or paranthas that your kid will love. It is a healthy option against tomato ketchup that has added preservatives.

    Ingredients to make Dhaarun Ji Chutney:

    ½ cup pomegranate seeds, 3/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, 5 mint leaves, 4 green chilies, 1tsp roasted cumin seeds, 2 black pepper corns, 1 piece of ginger, 1/4 tsp black salt, salt as required

    Steps to make Dhaarun Ji Chutney:

    1. Combine and add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend them to a smooth paste.

    2. Adjust salt and sugar if needed.

    Refrigerate for few hours and serve chilled with snacks and paranthas.
