It is a mixture of roasted coriander powder and powdered sugar. It is full of fiber and gives your kids a good tasty dessert.

1/4 cup ghee, 1 tbs ghee (additional), 2 cups of dhaniya powder, ½ cup makhane, 10 cashewnuts, 10 almonds, ½ cup dry coconut powder, ½ cup powdered sugar
1. Roast cashewnuts, almonds and makhana separately in ghee. After roasting makhana, grind it coarsely.
2. Roast coriander powder, in 1/4 cup of ghee till it turns brown in color.
3. When the mixture cools down add powdered sugar, coconut powder and mix well.
You can store this panjiri in a glass jar and consume 2 tsp on daily basis.
