Racking your brains on what to serve your little one for lunch? Make her this tasty Dhuska dish, full of the goodness of carbohydrates and protein.

2 cup basmati rice, 4 curry leaves, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 cup soaked chana dal, 5 cloves garlic, 2 tsp salt, 1 finely chopped onion, 1/3 cup water
1. Soak rice and dal for 4-5 hours.
2. Grind with garlic and very little water. Add turmeric and salt.
3. Heat oil in a wok. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil.
4. Fry on both sides. Serve with sabzi or pickle.
Your child will be overjoyed with this yummy dish!
