Using flattened rice, milk, and jaggery, you can prepare a quick, tasty, and healthy kheer called Doodh Chura. This dessert is rich in carbohydrates and calcium.

½ cup flattened rice, 1.5 cup milk, ¼ cup jaggery
1. In a pan, saute the flattened rice for 2 minutes.
2. Add milk and cook till the flattened rice is cooked well. Keep stirring.
3. Prepare the jaggery syrup by melting jaggery in little water on medium flame.
4. Once the flattened rice turns thick, add the prepared jaggery syrup and give a good mix.
Delicious Doodh Chura is ready. Devour and enjoy!
