Doodh ki Roti is a delicious and healthy variation to the regular rotis and can be had in breakfast or as part of a meal. Simple ingredients like milk, wheat flour and sugar are all that you need for this recipe. It is rich in carbohydrates and calcium.

1 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp sugar, ¼ cup milk
1. Powder the sugar.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the wheat flour and powdered sugar.
3. Mix well and knead the ingredients to a soft dough while adding milk little by little.
4. Rest the dough for 5 minutes and take a small portion and roll into a chapati.
5. On a hot tawa, cook the roti on both sides.
Yummy Doodh ki Rotis are ready to be enjoyed. Serve warm.
