Double ka meetha= double strength! It is a combination of calories and protein. Milk is considered to be a complete meal as it provides proteins, calcium and vitamins like Vitamin A, B6, B12 and also minerals like calcium and phosphorus, which are much needed for the physical growth and strong bones. Bread and sugar are the carbohydrate and fiber sources that are necessary for providing energy for daily activities. It also has ghee, almonds and pistachios that are rich in fatty acids required for brain development.

Ingredients to make Double ka Meetha:
2-3 slices of bread, 1/2 cup-sugar, 200ml - milk, 3-4 pcs of Badam and pistachios, 4-5 tsp-ghee ,1pcs of Cardamom , 1/2 glass - water
Steps to make Double ka Meetha:
1. Cut bread into cubes or shape of any animal and toast them with 1-2 tsp of ghee.
2. Take half a glass of water in a bowl, boil it, add sugar and keep stirring till it becomes thick.
3. Add cardamom and once the syrup is done pour this sugar syrup over the bread mix delicately and keep aside.
4. Heat a kadai, add ghee and all dry fruits to it and fry.
5. Add fried dry fruits to toasted bread along with ghee.
6. Boil milk in a bowl on low heat, and add milk powder to the milk till the milk becomes thick.
7. Remove from heat and add the mixture directly to the bread and mix well.
8. Let the mixture soak with bread for 30 min max.
9. Once it is soaked well, serve it as a dessert.
The secret should be healthy food. So, sugar coat healthy stuff in yummy and attractive Double ka Meetha and serve it.
