Dry Fruit Shake is a great way of including dry fruits in your kid's diet. This shake is full of iron and calcium and is considered as one of the best weight gaining recipe for kids.

Milk 1 cup, 1 banana, sugar 2 tbsp, almonds 4, unsalted pistachios 4
1. Soak almonds in warm water for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes, remove the peel from soaked almonds. Take all the soaked almonds, pistachios, sugar and 2 tbsp milk and blend it into a smooth paste.
3. Once the paste is ready, add the milk and mashed banana blend again.
4. Pour the dry fruit shake in a glass.
Add crushed ice before serving.
