Dried fruits are a good source of certain antioxidants and also contain fiber, which is very good for digestion. Nuts contain unsaturated fatty acids and other nutrients. Dryfruit and Nuts Barfi is a sweet dish that you will love. It can be stored for long time and this makes it a great option for everyday snacks.

Seedless dates-1/4 cup, dried figs-2, golden raisins-1/4 cup, almonds-1/4 cup, cashews-1/4 cup, pistachios-1/4 cup, walnuts-1/4cup, grated coconut-½ cup, sugar-1 cup and coconut milk-3 cup
1. Dry roast the dryfruits and nuts and keep aside.
2. Take coconut milk in a pan and add some water. Let it boil on a medium flame.
3. Add sugar and make thick sugar syrup.
4. Add roasted dryfruits and nuts to sugar syrup and mix well.
5. Spread the mixture on a plate and cut out barfis of diamond shape.
Keep the Dry Fruits and Nuts Barfis in an air-tight container.
