Using oats, you can make yummy and healthy egg oats bake. Oats is rich in fibre while egg has protein, vitamins and minerals. Flavouring the oats with carrot and onion enhances the taste of this breakfast/snack recipe.

1 cup oats, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 egg, 1.5 cup cow milk, 2 tsp butter, salt as required
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
2. Shred carrot and onion.
3. In a large bowl, combine egg, butter and milk. Whisk to combine.
4. Add in shredded carrot and onion and mix well.
5. In another bowl, put oats and salt. Add the above wet mixture and whisk well to combine.
6. Pour this oatmeal batter into a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Delicious egg oats bake is ready to relish. Enjoy.
