Make your parathas more delicious and nutritious by adding eggs to them. Eggs are a rich source of protein, copper, iron, zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and selenium and hence are essential for the healthy development of your little one’s body and mind.

Ingredients: ½ cup wheat flour, 2 eggs, 1 onion chopped, 1 green chilli chopped, large pinch of pepper powder, a pinch of turmeric, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves, 2-3 tbsp finely chopped capsicum.
Steps:
1. Knead the flour with warm water and prepare a soft, pliable dough. Pinch out balls from the dough and roll out parathas.
2. Cook the parathas on a tawa till both sides show golden spots. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix the eggs and the rest of the ingredients. Heat a tawa and pour this mixture on it.
4. When the omelette is half done, press the cooked paratha on top. Press gently, flip and cook till the egg is done.
