    Ingredients to make Eggless Pancakes:

    1 cup maida, 2 tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence

    Steps to make Eggless Pancakes:

    1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, oil, vanilla essence and enough water to form a smooth paste. The batter should be of a coating consistency. Add more water if required.

    2. Heat a gridlle and grease it with some oil.

    3. Pour the batter in the pan, lower the heat and cover pan for 6- 7 minutes.

    4. Check when the edges of the pancake starts lifting up on its own, pan cake is done.

    5. Flip and cook the other side.

    Remove and serve with honey.
