    Ingredients to make Fresh Dip:

    5 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 tbsp chopped mint, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 2 tsp chopped ginger, 3/4 cup of dahi, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste.

    Steps to make Fresh Dip:

    1. Combine all the ingredients, except the dahi in a mixer and blend it to a coarse mixture.

    2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the hung curds and mix well.

    3. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

    4. Serve chilled. The prep time is 10 minutes. It makes for a cup.
