    Ingredients to make Fried Besan Khara:

    Besan, rava, cumin seeds, ajwain, black pepper, salt, oil

    Steps to make Fried Besan Khara:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and ajwain seeds. Then add rava and besan flour and saute on low flame for 6-8 minutes.

    2. Slowly add water with constant stirring to make a thin-dal like consistency.

    3. Add salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

    Serve hot as a soup!
