Who would not love to have ice creams during summer? Try this easy to make a recipe at home. Walnuts in the recipe contain essential fatty acids like pufa and mufa. They also contain iron, selenium, zinc, vitamin E.

Milk -150ml, walnuts -20gms, cream -100ml, corn flour -25gms, milk powder-50gms, sugar -50gms, breadcrumbs -25gms, vanilla essence -2 tsp
1. In a bowl add the dry ingredients corn flour and milk powder mix well.
2. In other bowl add milk cream, milk and beat the cream with powdered sugar and then fold this mixture into milk powder mixture.
3. Add walnuts to mixture and fold well and refrigerate this mixture.
4. Take a dollop of the cream mixture add bread crumbs on top of it.
5. Bake this for 10–15 minutes until done for 180ºc.
Serve this yummy fried ice cream! Pour in some chocolate sauce of the desired choice.
