Yogurt is rich in protein and has vital vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium and vitamin B12. You can add fruits like pomegranate that are rich in sugar, vitamin and minerals. Banana and apple can also be added which have vital vitamin and minerals. Flavour this smoothie with cumin powder, sugar and salt and it will taste awesome.

1 banana, ½ pomegranate, 1 apple, 1 cup yoghurt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp sugar, salt as required
1. In a blender, add pomegranate. Blend well and strain the pomegranate juice.
2. In the same blender, add yoghurt, banana and apple. Blend to a smooth pulp.
3. Add the pomegranate juice, cumin powder, sugar, and salt.
4. Blend one more time. Tasty fruit juice is ready. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Serve it cold!
